The Gala is a very versatile shoe and fits a multitude of foot types. Available in natural or hard Graduated shank.(Hard recommended for those “banana feet” that just go over in everything.) It has an elastic drawstring and the Prima Soft exclusive Perfect Placement Box which aligns the toes straight down into the box to create an exceptional center of balance and allows the dancer to stand directly “En Pointe” on the tips of her toes rather than “knuckled over” into the vamp. Professional Ballet Instructors have said that the Gala encourages the dancer to roll through the metatarsal and contributes to the strengthening of the foot. This shoe is totally quiet and elegant. It is the perfect shoe for the beginning pointe dancer as well as dancers of professional level.
